All metallurgical know-how acquired allows direct involvement of clients in the projects, the development of metallurgical processes and numerical simulations of processes.

M&M Forgings autonomously and, when necessary, with the collaboration of Dr. Mapelli (Lecturer in metallurgy and iron and steel works at the Milan Polytechnic), develops customised solutions, training and refreshers courses for operators, management and coordination of qualifications, research and development activities on new production processes.

They also conduct studies on the use and improvement of materials, including: carbon steels, steels for use at high temperatures, austenite stainless steels, inconel, aluminium and many other steel alloys and forging materials.

Thanks to continuous research activities by the R&D department, the company can present targeted, efficient and functional solutions for every single customer.
